- Registration Table Setup
- On Course Set-Up (i.e. sponsor signs placement, on-course contest signage such as closest to the pin)
- Bag Service
- Scoreboard and Simple Scoring of the Event
- Applicable Service Charges & Tax
Shotgun Outing Availability:
Marlton considers 120 golfers a Full Shotgun Event. We can offer a shotgun start for lesser players, by allowing a few holes to remain open for member or outside play. The total number of golfers participating in the outing will determine the number of holes. (Minimum 40 golfers) Any group that falls below a count of 40 golfers will be converted into a Tee Time Outing. Please consider that there is limited space for weekend outings.
All full golf course shotguns are required to start at either
8:00AM or 1:30PM.
TEE TIME OUTINGS

Guarantees and Payment:
Marlton requires a firm head count for all Shotgun events 5 days in advance. Full payment, less any deposits paid, is due no later than the day of the event. Tournament chairpersons will be held liable for the payment of the firm player count given in advance.
A Signed Copy of the contract and a deposit is necessary to confirm ALL Tournament Dates.
Deposit Types: (All Shotgun Events - 10% of the Full Payment)
(Outings between 20 & 59 Players - $200.00)
(Outings between 12 & 19 Players - Credit Card #)
Golf Tournament:
The tournament format, contests, and other golf activities must be coordinated and approved in advance by the General Manager or Golf Shop Manager. A list of all participants and pairings must be provided to the club at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event. The Golf Shop Manager will be available to help you choose a tournament format appropriate for your group.
Tournament Prizes:
Tournament prizes ranging from plaques and commemorative items to golf shirts and equipment are available through Marlton Golf Shop. Gift certificates can be drawn in any denomination. The General Manager or Golf Shop Manager will be happy to assist you with prize selections.
Dress Code:
Customers are expected to remain in proper attire at all times in the clubhouse, on the golf course, and on the driving range. Work jeans, bathing attire, undershirts, gym shorts, coaching shorts, tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, mesh shirts, cut-offs, short-shorts, tennis outfits, and dress of similar nature are considered inappropriate attire in the golf environment. Recommended shirts are collared and shorts are of “Bermuda” length.
Course Care:
Guests are expected to obey the cart rules of the day, repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and replace divots as needed.
Golf Carts:
All golfers must ride golf carts provided by Marlton Golf Club.
- No more than two riders are permitted per golf cart.
- Golf carts must follow the cart rules of the day.
- Privately owned carts are not permitted at Marlton Golf Club.
- Customers driving golf carts must be licensed drivers. A junior golfer over 16 may be asked to present a valid driver’s license to drive a cart.
- All carts must be returned to the staging area immediately following the conclusion of play.
Speed of Play:
All golfers are expected to complete their round in four and one half (4 ½) hours or less. It is the responsibility of each group to keep pace with the group ahead. It is each group’s responsibility to be observant of its position on the course and keep pace. The player assistant has the authority to keep play moving at the proper pace for all players’ enjoyment.

Outings w/ 40 + Players are eligible for a fully stocked Beverage Cart to serve your group during your Golf Event for a flat fee of $ 50.00. In this scenario, Beverages may be distributed on a Consumption Basis at the following discounted rates: ( 24 per case ).
- Deer Park Water (12 oz. Plastic Bottles) - $25.00 per case
- Domestic Beer (12 oz. Cans, many to choose from) - $45.00 per case
- Imported Beer (12 oz. Cans/Bottles, many to choose from) - $75.00 per case
For Outings of under 40 Players or those Outings who do not wish to “ Pick up the Tab “ on a Consumption Basis, Beverages may be consumed on a “ Cash Basis “( Your guests will pay out of their own pocket at retail price ); Ticket Basis ( the Outing will pre-purchase Beverage Tickets at a rate of $ 3.00 per ticket and distribute to the outings guests during registration ); or Cooler Basis ( Six Beverage for the retail price of Five ).

All Food & Beverage must be purchased from Marlton Golf Club. Donated Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages for Charity Outings may be allowed at the discretion of the Marlton General Manager.
A 18% Service Charge and 6 % Sales Tax must be added to all Menu Selections.
